When does my first box ship?
Your first Nail In Box ships within 5 business days of signing up. You get a tracking link by email.
Can I change which design I get?
Yes — pick a new design each month from the collection up to 5 days before your box ships.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Each set has 24 nails in mixed sizes so most hands fit. Email us if you need a different size split — we'll adjust your next box.
Can I cancel or pause?
Cancel or pause anytime from your account. No fees and no questions asked.
Are returns possible?
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened sets, but if something's wrong with delivery we'll send a replacement.

Application & care

Press-ons are easy once you know the steps. Five minutes per hand, two weeks of wear.

Push back cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface so glue sticks.
Wipe each nail with the prep pad — clean, dry nails hold longest.
Match each press-on to a nail, applying a drop of glue to the back.
Press firmly for 20 seconds, starting at the cuticle and rolling forward.
Skip hot showers for the first hour. To remove, soak in warm soapy water for 10 minutes.
