Everything you wonder about the Loose Nails subscription — from how it works to cancellation, the right of withdrawal and delivery.
You choose a plan (Basic €24.90/month or Premium €44.90/month). Seven days before each monthly charge you get an SMS with a personal link to pick this month's set. We pack and ship after that.
Yes. There's no commitment. You can cancel your subscription directly in the Stripe Billing Portal via /account. The cancellation takes effect from the next month — you keep access for the rest of the current period.
Then we automatically send a set based on your previous choices (our personal recommendation). If you're brand new we send our house favourite of the month. So you never miss a delivery, but you can of course pick yourself any time before we pack.
Yes. We offer free shipping across the EU. Delivery takes 2–4 working days after you pick the set of the month.
With proper application and our included glue the nails usually last 5–7 days. If you want them to last longer we recommend cleaning the natural nail thoroughly and letting the glue dry completely before using your hands.
If a set runs out before we can pack yours we'll contact you directly with a similar alternative or a personal recommendation. You never pay for something we don't ship.
All payments go to X Beauty AB (org.nr. xxxxxx-xxxx) via Stripe. Loose Nails is operated as part of XNails by X Beauty AB, the same company that owns XNails.se.
Yes. You can pause at any time via /account. The pause takes effect from the next month. When you're ready to resume, the subscription starts again without needing to sign up anew.
You have 14 days of withdrawal rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive from when you signed up, as long as the first delivery hasn't been shipped. Email hej@loose-nails.com and we'll help you. Once the first delivery is shipped, hygiene-product rules apply — unopened packages can be returned within 14 days.
