Subscription terms
Last updated: 2026-06-03
These terms apply to you when you sign up for a monthly subscription on loose-nails.com. By starting a subscription you accept the terms below.
1. General
Loose Nails is operated by X Beauty AB, org.nr. xxxxxx-xxxx, contact address hej@loose-nails.com. X Beauty AB is the same company that owns the XNails brand and runs the XNails.se store. Loose Nails acts as a reseller of products from the XNails range and packages them as a monthly subscription.
The agreement is between you as a private individual and X Beauty AB. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up.
2. Scope of the subscription
A Loose Nails subscription means you receive press-on nails delivered to your mailbox every month. We offer two plans:
- Basic — €24.90 / 249 SEK per month. Includes 1 set of press-on nails per month and personal recommendations. Shipping €3.90 / 29 SEK additional, depending on destination.
- Premium — €44.90 / 449 SEK per month. Includes 2 sets per month, priority on new collections and personal recommendations. Shipping €3.90 / 29 SEK additional, depending on destination.
Seven days before each monthly charge you'll get an SMS with a personal link to pick this month's set. If you don't pick within the timeframe we automatically send a set based on your previous choices or our house recommendation.
3. Price and payment
Prices are charged in EUR for customers in Germany, the Netherlands and Finland and in SEK for customers in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. All prices include VAT at the rate applicable in the destination country. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The subscription renews automatically every month on the date you signed up, until you cancel it.
If a charge fails we try again over a few days. Should the payment not go through, the subscription is paused automatically until you've updated your payment method.
We may adjust the price from time to time. Any price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance, and you then have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
4. Delivery
We pack and dispatch your delivery within 2–4 business days of you picking the month's set (or from the moment the automatic recommendation activates). Shipping is by mailbox post via PostNord and local carriers. Estimated transit time: 2–6 business days depending on destination.
- Sweden: free shipping. Germany, Netherlands, Finland: €3.90 per delivery.
- Norway and Denmark: 29 SEK per delivery.
If a delivery doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at hej@loose-nails.com and we'll help you with a replacement or refund.
5. Right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive
As a consumer you have 14 days of withdrawal rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive from when you signed up, as long as the first delivery hasn't been shipped. You exercise the right of withdrawal by emailing hej@loose-nails.com and stating your name and the email address you registered with. Any payment is refunded within 14 days to the same payment method.
Once the first delivery has been shipped, the service is considered started. For hygiene products (press-on nails) standard return rules apply: unopened and unused packages can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge and with no notice period beyond the current billing period. Cancellation is handled in the Stripe Billing Portal, which you can reach from the account page at your account.
